Navigation
The navigation elements are situated permanently visible in the left and lower part of the browser window.
The fast navigator allows to flick context sensitively through the database:
  To the next page (eg. to the next chapter or to the following search results). The fast navigator
  To the previous page (eg. to the previous chapter or to the previous search results).
  To the top of the actual page.
Articles with photo:
A camara next to the article description indicates, if a photo of the article is available. Clicking on the camara opens an extra browser window where the description and the photo is displayed. In the main window a camara with a red background marks the article currently displayed in the extra window.

Cart
Selecting the articles:
Each article has a checkbox. By clicking the checkbox it can be put into or removed from the cart.

Display of the selected articles:
Once selected, the corresponding checkboxes remain activated even if the page is called again.
An overview of the selected articles including the detailed descriptions is displayed by clicking the cart.
The number of items in the cart
The number of articles currently selected is displayed permanently in the lower right corner.
Selecting the number of items:
For each article the number of items can be selected under "cart". The default number is 1.
Deleting articles in the cart:
Single articles can be removed from the cart by setting the number of items to "0".

Order

How to order:
  • Put in name and adress
  • Choose how you like to pay
  • Check the contents of the order
  • Submit
Personal data:
Your data are only used internally to process the order and are not submitted to others.
Save personal data:
You can save your personal data on your own computer if you do not want to fill out the respective fields again. The data are stored using a Cookie.
Transmision of the order:
The order will be sent via email to the Galerie d'Histoire and to the email address supplied by the customer.
Safety:
Right now all data are transmitted without coding. It is possible to supply the data concerning creditcards separately by phone, fax or mail.

Search
Quicksearch: Fulltext search in all catalogs.
Search pro: Fulltext search in all catalogs with additional options.
 

Please put the items you want to look for into the textfield. If you want to look for several words, please seperate them by a space. You can choose whether you want to search case sensitive.
With the wildcard "*" you can also look for word fragments: eg. "wea*" finds "weak" and "weapon".
In the multiselect-field "Chapters" you can limit the search to certain chapters in the catalogs.
In order to display an article with known catalog number, please put it down in the field "catalog number".
In the select field "catalog" the search can be limited to a certain catalog.

Notebook
The notebook allows you to make notes during the current session.

Cookies
Cookies are textfiles, which are stored on your harddisk by your browser. The data can be retrieved automatically, if the respective webpage is visited again. Thus for example the repeated input of name and address can be prevented. After a specified time (here 1 year) the cookies are deleted automatically.
